Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and SweepEbble Entertainment, LLC (“SweepEbble,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website located at www.sweepebble.com, including any related websites, applications, games, content, promotions, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or otherwise engaging with the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

Important Notice

SweepEbble operates an entertainment platform utilizing a promotional sweepstakes model and does not offer real-money gambling. No purchase is necessary to participate, and free methods of entry are available. Certain features may involve promotional sweepstakes governed by separate Official Rules. These Terms include a binding arbitration provision, a waiver of class action rights, and limitations of liability. The Service is intended solely for eligible users located within the United States and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Definitions

• “Account” means a registered user account created to access the Service.
• “Gold Coins” (“GC”) are virtual credits used exclusively for entertainment gameplay. Gold Coins have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash or prizes, and are non-transferable.
• “Sweep Coins” (“SC”) are promotional sweepstakes entries that may be used to participate in sweepstakes promotions. Sweep Coins do not constitute currency, property, or any form of monetary instrument, confer no ownership interest, and have no value outside of the limited redemption rights expressly provided by the Service. Where permitted by law and subject to eligibility and verification, Sweep Coins may be redeemable for prizes.
• “Games” means all interactive gameplay features offered through the Service.
• “Promotions” means sweepstakes, contests, giveaways, and other promotional campaigns.
• “Official Rules” means the rules governing a specific Promotion. In the event of a conflict, the Official Rules control with respect to that Promotion.

Eligibility

Use of the Service is limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is intended solely for individuals physically located within the United States at the time of access. SweepEbble reserves the sole and absolute right to restrict or limit access to the Service, or any portion thereof, in any jurisdiction to comply with applicable laws.

Modifications to Terms

SweepEbble reserves the sole and absolute right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Incorporated Policies

These Terms incorporate additional policies, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Official Sweepstakes Rules, Redemption Policy, Responsible Play Policy, Fraud & Abuse Policy, Alternative Method of Entry policy, Business Protection Clauses, and any other policies posted within the Service.

If any policy, platform notice, promotion, support communication, or interface statement conflicts with these Terms, the document that provides SweepEbble Entertainment, LLC with the greatest lawful protection controls, except where an Official Rule is legally required to control a specific promotion.

Account Registration and Security

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an Account and must maintain such information. Only one Account per individual is permitted unless expressly authorized. SweepEbble reserves the sole and absolute right to require identity, age, and location verification at any time. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity conducted under their Account.

Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their Account, including activity caused by shared credentials, compromised devices, phishing, weak passwords, malware, unauthorized third-party access, or failure to promptly notify SweepEbble of suspected account compromise.

License to Use the Service

SweepEbble grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain the exclusive property of SweepEbble or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms creates any fiduciary, partnership, or agency relationship between the user and SweepEbble.

Virtual Currency

The Service may include virtual currencies such as Gold Coins and Sweep Coins. These virtual currencies are licensed, not owned, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Gold Coins are used solely for entertainment and have no monetary value. Sweep Coins are promotional in nature, have no independent monetary value, and may only be redeemed in accordance with the applicable rules and eligibility requirements. Sweep Coins are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred.

SweepEbble may revoke, reverse, expire, suspend, adjust, or correct any virtual currency, reward, bonus, promotional credit, or account balance that results from error, unauthorized activity, fraud, abuse, chargeback, payment dispute, exploit, technical issue, or policy violation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Purchases and Billing

No purchase is necessary to participate in the Service. Purchases of virtual items or features may be offered for entertainment purposes only. Any Sweep Coins provided in connection with purchases are promotional bonuses. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension or termination.

SweepEbble may delay, suspend, deny, offset, or condition redemptions, rewards, account privileges, and promotional benefits when a payment, chargeback, refund, processor hold, fraud review, payment authorization issue, or negative balance remains unresolved.

Promotions and Sweepstakes

SweepEbble may offer Promotions governed by separate Official Rules. SweepEbble reserves the sole and absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

Verification and Fraud Prevention

SweepEbble may implement verification procedures including identity, geolocation, and fraud screening. SweepEbble reserves the sole and absolute right to deny participation, restrict accounts, or cancel redemption requests if fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected. Use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or any unauthorized methods is strictly prohibited.

Verification may include age verification, identity verification, address verification, tax documentation, geolocation validation, sanctions screening, anti-fraud review, device review, payment review, source-of-funds review, account-history review, and any other compliance check SweepEbble reasonably determines is necessary.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the Service or engage in any activity that interferes with its operation. Prohibited conduct includes exploiting vulnerabilities, manipulating outcomes, bypassing safeguards, or engaging in unlawful behavior.

User Content

Users grant SweepEbble a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content for operation and improvement of the Service. Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws.

Third-Party Services

The Service may utilize third-party providers. SweepEbble is not responsible for the performance, policies, or actions of third-party services.

Responsible Use

SweepEbble promotes responsible and entertainment-focused use of the Service and does not encourage excessive or compulsive participation. Tools or restrictions may be implemented at SweepEbble’s discretion.

Suspension and Termination

SweepEbble reserves the sole and absolute right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time if it determines that a user has violated these Terms or poses a risk to the Service. Upon termination, all rights to use the Service immediately cease and virtual currency may be forfeited.

Service Modifications and Interruptions

SweepEbble reserves the sole and absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. In the event of any system error, malfunction, misconfiguration, exploit, unauthorized access, provider error, data corruption, payment issue, or unintended outcome, SweepEbble reserves the sole and absolute right to void, reverse, suspend, audit, or adjust affected gameplay, transactions, balances, rewards, redemptions, purchases, or promotions to the extent permitted by law.

No user has a vested right to continued access, continued feature availability, continued promotion availability, continued redemption method availability, account privileges, promotional balances, Gold Coins, Sweep Coins, rewards, or any specific platform configuration.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SweepEbble disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SweepEbble does not warrant that the Service, games, promotions, payment systems, identity verification systems, geolocation systems, support systems, or redemption systems will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, available in all locations, or compatible with every device or network.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweepEbble and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount paid by the user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

SweepEbble and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, assigns, vendors, payment processors, service providers, and promotional partners shall not be liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, loss of use, lost opportunities, consequential damages, punitive damages, exemplary damages, or damages arising from third-party providers, account compromise, payment disputes, verification delays, redemption denials, platform restrictions, or policy enforcement, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, users release SweepEbble Entertainment, LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, assigns, vendors, payment processors, service providers, and promotional partners from claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to use of the Service, participation in promotions, redemption activity, prizes, account restrictions, verification decisions, payment decisions, fraud reviews, technical issues, provider actions, user conduct, third-party conduct, or policy enforcement.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SweepEbble Entertainment, LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, assigns, vendors, payment processors, service providers, and promotional partners from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, fines, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to user access to the Service, user violation of any policy or law, fraud, abuse, payment disputes, chargebacks, unauthorized payment activity, identity misuse, user-submitted content, tax obligations, or misrepresentation of eligibility, age, identity, address, residency, location, payment authority, or account status.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Users waive any right to participate in class actions, collective actions, consolidated actions, private attorney general actions, representative actions, or mass arbitration. Users must first attempt informal resolution by contacting help.sweepebble@gmx.com. Arbitration will be conducted by a recognized arbitration provider. Users may opt out within thirty (30) days of first acceptance.

Claims must be brought within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim unless a longer period is required by law.

Force Majeure

SweepEbble is not liable for delay, interruption, nonperformance, data loss, provider failure, promotion changes, redemption delay, or Service unavailability caused by events outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, civil unrest, government action, legal changes, regulatory action, payment processor action, banking disruption, vendor failure, hosting outage, cybersecurity incident, network failure, power failure, data center issue, epidemic, pandemic, supply issue, or other force majeure event.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any permitted court proceedings shall take place within Oklahoma.

General Provisions

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. SweepEbble may assign its rights at any time. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and SweepEbble.

Any clause that by its nature should survive account closure, termination, policy replacement, promotion end, or Service discontinuation survives, including clauses regarding ownership, virtual currency, taxes, fraud, evidence, privacy, data retention, disclaimers, limitation of liability, release, indemnification, arbitration, class waiver, claim limits, governing law, and payment obligations.
