Cooling-Off And Self-Exclusion
Users may request a temporary break, a cooling-off period, or a longer self-exclusion restriction. The operational handling of those requests may depend on account status, pending Verification, Redemption review, open support issues, and fraud controls.
Where a self-exclusion request is accepted, certain Platform access may be disabled for the applicable period, and the Platform may decline requests to reverse or shorten the restriction before the designated review process is complete.
Play Within Your Means
Do not spend beyond your personal means, and do not make optional purchases if doing so would create financial pressure. Because no purchase is necessary for sweepstakes-style participation where offered, a purchase should never be viewed as required to participate or as a way to improve results.
Underage Prohibition
The Platform is not available to underage users. Accounts that appear to belong to underage individuals may be restricted, investigated, or closed.
