Purpose
SweepEbble Entertainment, LLC (“SweepEbble,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard information when you access or use sweepebble.shop and any affiliated websites, applications, sweepstakes promotions, games, features, content, or related services we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent for certain processing activities.
Scope and Important Notes
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by SweepEbble in connection with the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that may be linked from the Service or used to provide certain features (such as payment processing or identity verification), each of which may have its own privacy practices. The Service is intended for eligible users located in the United States. We do not knowingly solicit or permit participation from individuals outside the United States.
Information We Collect
We collect information that is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and administer a promotional sweepstakes entertainment platform, to provide user support, and to comply with legal obligations.
Information You Provide
When you create an account, use the Service, participate in promotions, redeem prizes, contact support, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect information such as your full legal name, username, email address, date of birth, residential address, state of residence, ZIP code, and phone number if provided. We also collect information contained in your communications with us, including customer support messages and any responses you provide to surveys or feedback forms.
If you participate in redemption or verification processes, we may collect verification and compliance documentation such as government-issued identification, proof of address, selfie or identity verification images, and tax documentation where required (for example, a completed W-9). You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for keeping your account information current.
Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use the Service, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage. This may include IP address, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, language settings, time zone, session timestamps, login and logout events, pages viewed, features accessed, referral URLs, and clickstream data.
We may also collect signals used for security and fraud prevention, including device fingerprinting signals and related risk indicators. We may collect geolocation information derived from IP address and, where enabled and applicable, device-based location signals for purposes of enforcing eligibility and jurisdiction restrictions, preventing fraud, and maintaining platform integrity.
Payment and Transaction Information
SweepEbble uses third-party payment processors to handle purchases and, where applicable, redemptions. We do not store full payment card numbers. We may receive transaction-related information from processors, such as confirmation details, timestamps, partial payment identifiers (such as the last four digits), billing ZIP code, payment status, chargeback notifications, processor verification results, and fraud risk signals. Payment providers handle payment card data in accordance with their own compliance obligations (including PCI-DSS where applicable).
Compliance, Security, and Risk Data
Because the Service uses compliance and fraud-prevention controls, we may collect or generate information such as age eligibility results, identity verification status, KYC screening results, AML and sanctions screening indicators, duplicate account detection markers, geolocation eligibility validation, state restriction flags, suspicious activity logs, and account audit history. Certain data may be generated internally or provided by third-party compliance vendors acting on our behalf.

Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve the Service. These technologies may include essential cookies for authentication and session management, security and fraud-prevention technologies, server logs, and analytics tools.
If we use marketing or advertising measurement tools (for example, pixels), those tools may collect or receive information about your device and interactions with the Service. Depending on your state of residence, such use may be considered “targeted advertising” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain laws.
Where required, we provide mechanisms to opt out of applicable processing. You may be able to manage cookie preferences through browser settings.
Disabling certain cookies may impair functionality or prevent access to parts of the Service.
How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers and Vendors
We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors, identity verification providers, compliance screening vendors, fraud detection services, cloud hosting providers, customer support systems, and analytics providers. These vendors are authorized to use personal information only as necessary to provide services to us and are expected to protect the information consistent with contractual obligations.

California residents may also have rights to request deletion and correction of personal information, subject to exceptions.
SweepEbble does not sell personal information for monetary compensation. If SweepEbble uses certain advertising or measurement tools that constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, California residents may have the right to opt out of such “sharing.” Where applicable, you may submit an opt-out request through the Service settings (if available) or by contacting us using the information in Section 13.
California residents have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Other States

Where required, we provide an appeal process for certain decisions. Appeals may be submitted using the same contact method used for the original request and should clearly indicate that you are appealing a privacy rights decision.

Certain requests may be denied or limited where an exception applies, including where information must be retained to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or secure the Service.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes, including compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, tax reporting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our Terms and policies. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the purposes for which it is processed, and legal requirements.
Certain records may be retained after account closure where necessary, including transaction history, verification records, tax documentation, and fraud investigation logs. When personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or anonymize it.
We may preserve information for longer periods where reasonably necessary for legal holds, audits, chargeback defense, tax reporting, fraud investigations, security investigations, dispute resolution, regulatory inquiries, law enforcement requests, payment processor requirements, sanctions screening, anti-abuse enforcement, or protection of legal rights.
Data Security
We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, which may include encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, role-based permissions, secure credential storage, monitoring for suspicious activity, and other security measures appropriate to the risks. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
SweepEbble does not guarantee that unauthorized access, data loss, service interruption, malicious activity, provider compromise, device compromise, phishing, malware, credential reuse, or other security incidents will never occur.
