Sponsor

The SweepEbble Promotional Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by SweepEbble Entertainment, LLC (“Sponsor”), a United States limited liability company.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are physically located within the United States at the time of participation. Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or twenty-one (21) years of age in jurisdictions where required by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to limit or deny access in jurisdictions with legal restrictions.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Participation also constitutes agreement to the Terms of Use, Redemption Policy, Alternative Method of Entry policy, Fraud & Abuse Policy, Privacy Policy, Business Protection Clauses, and all other policies incorporated by reference.

Sweepstakes Description

The Sweepstakes is conducted as a promotional program offered through the SweepEbble digital platform (the “Service”). Participants may obtain promotional entries known as Sweepstakes Coins and redeem eligible Sweepstakes Coins for available prizes in accordance with these Rules and related policies. Sweepstakes Coins are promotional entries only and have no monetary value except as permitted through prize redemption.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Purchasing Gold Coin entertainment credits does not increase the chances of receiving Sweepstakes Coins or winning prizes.

Methods of Entry

Participants may obtain Sweepstakes Coins through promotional activities offered within the Service or through an Alternative Method of Entry. Alternative Method of Entry instructions are provided on the platform and allow eligible participants to receive Sweepstakes Coins without making a purchase. All AMOE submissions must comply with posted instructions to be valid.

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes Coins held and redeemed by participants and the availability of prizes at the time of redemption. Sponsor does not guarantee that any participant will win a prize.

Prizes

Available prizes may include cash equivalents, digital rewards, gift cards, merchandise, or other items described on the platform. Prize values and availability may change. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value where necessary.

Redemption Process

Sweepstakes Coins may be redeemed for prizes subject to eligibility verification and compliance review. Participants must complete identity verification and satisfy all legal requirements prior to prize fulfillment. Submission of a redemption request does not guarantee approval. Redemption procedures are governed by the SweepEbble Redemption Policy.

Verification Requirements

Participants may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, tax information, and other documentation to verify eligibility and compliance. Failure to complete verification may result in denial of prize redemption.

Sponsor may delay, suspend, deny, or cancel prize fulfillment if a participant does not complete verification, fails geolocation review, fails compliance screening, submits inconsistent information, uses multiple accounts, engages in suspicious activity, disputes payment activity, or otherwise presents legal, fraud, payment, or compliance risk.

Tax Responsibilities

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prizes. Sponsor may issue required tax documentation where applicable.

Sponsor may require completed tax documentation before prize fulfillment, withhold amounts where required by law, deny or delay fulfillment where required tax information is incomplete, and report prize information to tax authorities where required.

Prohibited Conduct

Participants may not engage in fraudulent behavior, automated participation, multi-account schemes, abuse of promotional mechanics, or violations of platform policies. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants for misconduct.

Sponsor may disqualify any participant, void entries, reverse promotional credits, deny prize redemption, suspend accounts, or recover improperly obtained benefits where Sponsor determines in good faith that fraud, abuse, technical exploitation, collusion, automation, identity misuse, location misrepresentation, payment abuse, or policy evasion occurred.

Account Status

Participants must maintain accounts in good standing. Accounts under suspension, investigation, or violation of platform terms are not eligible for prize redemption.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, network disruptions, platform outages, payment processor delays, incorrect participant information, or unauthorized account access. Sponsor’s liability shall not exceed the value of prizes awarded.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, misdirected, inaccurate, stolen, inaccessible, or unauthorized entries, claims, account activity, communications, payments, redemptions, or prize requests caused by user error, third-party providers, network issues, device issues, platform maintenance, fraud review, compliance review, or events outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Release and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, assigns, vendors, payment processors, service providers, and promotional partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from participation, prize claims, redemption requests, tax obligations, account activity, policy violations, false information, misuse of the Service, or disputes with third parties.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. Participants waive the right to participate in class actions. Claims must be brought within one year as provided in the Terms of Use.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Privacy

Participant information is collected and processed in accordance with the SweepEbble Privacy Policy.

Modification or Termination

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, legal changes, or other factors impair integrity or lawful operation.

Sponsor may also void affected entries, rewards, redemptions, prizes, results, or account activity where an error, malfunction, exploit, unauthorized access, provider issue, payment issue, or other unintended condition affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or lawful operation of the Sweepstakes.

Force Majeure

Sponsor is not liable for delay, cancellation, modification, interruption, or nonperformance caused by events outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, civil unrest, government action, legal changes, regulatory action, payment processor action, banking disruption, vendor failure, hosting outage, cybersecurity incident, network failure, power failure, data center issue, epidemic, pandemic, supply issue, or other force majeure event.

Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws.
