Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor

SweepEbble LLC ("Sponsor") operates this promotion. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to Sponsor at support@sweepebble.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of participation, excluding residents of Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, and Washington. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs on a continuous basis subject to modification or termination by Sponsor at any time with reasonable notice posted to the Platform.

4. How to Participate

There are two ways to receive Sweep Coins (SC) for participation in the Sweepstakes:

• Purchase method: Purchase a Gold Coin (GC) package, which includes a bonus Sweep Coin allocation at no additional cost.
• Free method (AMOE): Request free Sweep Coins by mail without any purchase. See the Alternative Method of Entry section for details.

Sweep Coins have no monetary value and may only be redeemed for prizes as described in these Rules. Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for prizes.

5. Gold Coins (GC)

Gold Coins are virtual tokens used for entertainment play only. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes, and are not transferable. GC is provided free with account registration and through promotional channels.

6. Sweep Coins (SC)

Sweep Coins are the official sweepstakes entry tokens. SC may be used to participate in sweepstakes games on the Platform. Winning SC entries may be redeemed for prizes subject to the Redemption Rules. SC has no monetary value except as a mechanism for prize entry.

7. Bubbles (XP)

Bubbles are experience points used solely for VIP tier progression. They have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or any other benefit outside of VIP tier advancement.

8. Prizes

Prizes are redeemable in the form of USD equivalent value transferred via the supported payment methods listed in the Redemption Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the specific game played. Each SC wager constitutes one sweepstakes entry. No skill is required. Results are determined by a certified random number generator.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed entries; technical errors; unauthorized human intervention; or any other errors of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

11. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration as set forth in the Terms of Service.
