Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

FieldValue
OrganizationSWEEPEBBLE ENTERTAINMENT, LLC
Effective DateJanuary 2026

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to obtain promotional Sweep Coins or to participate in any SweepEbble sweepstakes promotion. A purchase of Gold Coins or any other payment will not increase a participant’s chances of winning, improve odds, provide preferential treatment, expedite prize redemption, affect eligibility, or otherwise confer an advantage in any sweepstakes promotion.

Participation through the Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) is optional. Sweep Coins obtained through the AMOE are treated the same as Sweep Coins obtained through any other permitted method for purposes of participation and odds in applicable promotions, as set forth in the applicable Official Rules.

Eligibility

The AMOE is available only to individuals who (i) are legal residents of the United States, (ii) are physically located within the United States at the time of participation, and (iii) satisfy the minimum age requirement applicable to their jurisdiction (at least eighteen (18) years of age, or twenty-one (21) years of age where required by state law). Participants must have an active SweepEbble account in good standing at the time the AMOE request is processed. The AMOE is void where prohibited by law and may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions as described in the Terms of Use and/or Official Rules.

How to Submit an AMOE Request

To request promotional Sweep Coins without making a purchase, an eligible participant must submit a handwritten mail-in request that complies with the requirements in this policy. Each AMOE request must be legible, handwritten in ink, and individually prepared by the participant.

Photocopies, mechanically reproduced materials, computer-generated text, pre-printed forms, digital prints, and submissions prepared using automation or similar means are not permitted. Each request must be signed by the participant.

Each AMOE request must include all of the following information exactly and completely: (i) the participant’s full legal name as registered on the participant’s SweepEbble account; (ii) the participant’s complete residential street address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted); (iii) city, state, and ZIP code; (iv) the email address associated with the participant’s SweepEbble account; (v) the participant’s date of birth; and (vi) the following statement written exactly as follows: “I am requesting Sweep Coins via the SweepEbble Alternative Method of Entry.” Requests that omit required information, are illegible, contain materially inconsistent information, or do not include the required statement may be deemed non-compliant and may be rejected.

Mailing Instructions; Delivery Disclaimer

Each AMOE request must be placed in a standard envelope, properly sealed, and mailed via the United States Postal Service with sufficient postage. Postage and any costs associated with submission are the sole responsibility of the participant. AMOE requests must be mailed to the following address:

```text SweepEbble Entertainment, LLC AMOE Request 314 W. 35th St. Shawnee, OK 74804 ```
SweepEbble is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, damaged, incomplete, or illegible mail; postal delays; insufficient postage; or any other issues arising from submission or delivery. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.
Limitations; Prohibited Conduct
To preserve promotional integrity and ensure compliance with applicable law, the Company may impose reasonable limitations on AMOE submissions. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Service or applicable Official Rules, only one (1) AMOE request may be submitted per envelope.
Additional frequency limits (including, without limitation, limits per person, per account, or per stated submission cycle) may apply as disclosed in the Service or Official Rules. AMOE submissions must be handwritten and individually prepared.
Any attempt to circumvent limitations or eligibility requirements, including through the use of multiple identities, multiple accounts, third-party submission services, bulk mailings, coordinated submissions, automation, scripts, or other abusive conduct, may result in rejection of submissions, forfeiture of promotional Sweep Coins credited in connection with non-compliant activity, restriction or suspension of the account, and/or termination of AMOE privileges, to the extent permitted by law and consistent with the Terms of Use and Official Rules. SweepEbble reserves the right to audit AMOE submissions and related account activity for compliance.
Review, Processing, and Crediting
SweepEbble will review AMOE submissions for eligibility, completeness, legibility, and compliance with these requirements, including consistency with account records. Processing times may vary based on submission volume, postal delivery timing, verification or review requirements, and fraud-prevention screening.
If an AMOE submission is approved, Sweep Coins will be credited to the eligible participant’s account within a commercially reasonable period following completion of review. SweepEbble may reject any AMOE submission that does not comply with this policy, the Terms of Use, or the applicable Official Rules.
To the extent permitted by law, SweepEbble is not required to provide individualized notice of rejection.
Sweep Coin Amounts; Adjustments
The number of Sweep Coins credited per approved AMOE submission, any frequency limits, and any related conditions will be disclosed within the Service and/or the applicable Official Rules and may be adjusted from time to time in order to maintain promotional compliance, operational integrity, and consistency with applicable law. Any changes will be posted in the Service and will apply prospectively, unless a different effective timeframe is required by law.
Equal Treatment; Odds
Sweep Coins obtained through the AMOE are not differentiated from Sweep Coins obtained through other permitted methods for purposes of gameplay and participation in promotions. The purchase of Gold Coins does not increase the odds of winning or otherwise affect outcome determination in any sweepstakes promotion. Odds of winning depend on the applicable promotion mechanics and are set forth in the applicable Official Rules.
Identity Verification; Prize Redemption Conditions
Regardless of the method by which Sweep Coins are obtained, identity verification and other eligibility verification (including KYC and geolocation checks) may be required prior to prize redemption, the awarding of prizes, or the issuance of any tax documentation. Failure to complete required verification may result in denial of redemption or prize fulfillment, disqualification, and/or account restriction, subject to the Terms of Use, Official Rules, and applicable law.
Verification procedures may include, without limitation, government-issued identification, proof of address, selfie verification, fraud-prevention screening, and other reasonable measures intended to enforce eligibility and prevent misuse.
Taxes and Reporting
Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prizes or redemptions. SweepEbble may issue tax forms where required by law, and reporting thresholds will be governed by applicable regulations.
Fraud Prevention and Platform Integrity
SweepEbble maintains fraud-prevention protocols intended to detect and prevent misuse of promotions, including misuse of the AMOE. The AMOE may not be used to evade eligibility restrictions, exploit promotional structures, or manipulate promotional systems. SweepEbble may investigate suspicious patterns, withhold credit pending review, or restrict AMOE privileges where permitted by law and consistent with the Terms of Use and Official Rules.
Governing Documents
Participation in the AMOE is subject to, and constitutes agreement to, the SweepEbble Terms of Use, applicable Official Rules for any promotion, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict, the applicable Official Rules govern the terms of the specific promotion.
Participation is also subject to the Fraud & Abuse Policy and Business Protection Clauses. SweepEbble may reject, audit, withhold, delay, or reverse AMOE credits where a request appears incomplete, illegible, duplicate, automated, mechanically reproduced, bulk-submitted, submitted by a third party, inconsistent with account records, associated with multiple accounts, associated with suspicious activity, or otherwise non-compliant.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SweepEbble Entertainment, LLC is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, postal delays, lost or misdirected mail, clerical errors, system delays, technical issues, or rejection of submissions due to non-compliance. AMOE participation is voluntary and submitted at the participant’s own risk.
Proof of mailing, delivery scan, tracking event, photograph, or user record does not constitute proof of receipt, approval, eligibility, compliance, or entitlement to Sweep Coins. SweepEbble’s records control AMOE receipt, review, approval, rejection, and crediting status to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate AMOE
SweepEbble reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the AMOE method, in whole or in part, where necessary to address legal compliance, fraud prevention, operational integrity, or regulatory changes. Any material changes will be posted within the Service and will be effective upon posting unless otherwise required by law.
