Agreement And Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SweepEbble Platform operated by SweepEbble Entertainment, LLC. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, or using any feature of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Official Sweepstakes Rules, Redemption Policy, Responsible Play page, and Fraud & Abuse Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform. Use of the Platform is void where prohibited, and availability may change by jurisdiction at any time.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and the Platform's legal documents.

• Platform means the SweepEbble website, applications, services, promotions, games, and related features operated by SweepEbble Entertainment, LLC.
• Gold Coins or GC means virtual entertainment-only credits used for gameplay within the Platform. Gold Coins are not cash, are not redeemable for money or prizes, and are not directly convertible outside the Platform.
• Sweep Coins or SC means virtual promotional sweepstakes currency used for eligible sweepstakes-style participation on the Platform, subject to jurisdiction limits, verification, and Platform rules.
• Promotional Sweep Coins means Sweep Coins that are awarded through permitted promotional methods, including free entry methods, bonus offers, or other lawful promotional distributions. Promotional Sweep Coins are not directly sold.
• Verification means the age, identity, residency, geolocation, sanctions, fraud, and other eligibility checks the Platform may require before allowing certain activities, including Redemption.
• Redemption means a request to exchange eligible Sweep Coins for an available prize or prize value, subject to review, approval, jurisdiction limits, Verification, and other Platform rules.

Eligibility And Account Registration

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or any higher age required by the jurisdiction governing your participation, to create or use an account. The Platform is intended for eligible users physically located in the United States, subject to jurisdiction restrictions and Platform controls.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, state of residence, country, and any other information we reasonably request. You must promptly update your account information if it changes.

We may refuse registration, suspend access, or close accounts if required information is missing, inaccurate, misleading, unverifiable, or inconsistent with Platform rules.

Jurisdiction Restrictions

The Platform may restrict or block access to some or all features based on state, territory, country, or other jurisdictional factors. Restrictions may apply to registration, login access, gameplay using Sweep Coins, purchases, promotional participation, and Redemption.

Your eligibility may depend on your physical location at the time of access, participation, and Redemption review. If we determine that you are in a restricted jurisdiction, we may deny access or limit your account without prior notice where operationally necessary.

Gold Coins And Sweep Coins

Gold Coins are for entertainment play only. Gold Coins are not cash, do not represent a deposit or stored value account, are not redeemable for money or prizes, and may be modified, discontinued, or removed as part of Platform operation.

Sweep Coins are promotional sweepstakes currency. Sweep Coins are not directly sold. When the Platform offers purchases, the purchase is for Gold Coins or other entertainment value, and any Sweep Coins associated with a package are disclosed as promotional bonus value only.

No purchase is required to participate in sweepstakes-style promotional activity where the Platform offers that model, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Promotional Nature Of Sweep Coins

Sweep Coins exist solely as part of the Platform's promotional sweepstakes structure and may be awarded through permitted promotional methods, including free participation methods, marketing promotions, account onboarding offers, or other lawful promotional distributions.

Sweep Coins do not create a property right, are not banked funds, and do not guarantee Redemption. All Sweep Coin use remains subject to these Terms, the Official Sweepstakes Rules, Verification, fraud screening, jurisdiction limits, and Platform controls.

Purchases And Billing

The Platform may offer purchases of Gold Coin entertainment packages. Any promotional Sweep Coins displayed with a package are disclosed as bonus promotional value and are not the item being sold.

All purchases are subject to payment processor approval, fraud review, and Platform controls. We may limit, cancel, or refuse transactions that appear suspicious, unauthorized, or inconsistent with Platform rules.

Chargebacks, payment disputes raised in bad faith, unauthorized payment instrument use, refund abuse, or other payment abuse may result in investigation, suspension, account closure, reversal of associated benefits where permitted, and denial of Redemption.

Verification And KYC

We may require Verification at registration, before certain gameplay or promotional access, before purchases, before Redemption, or at any later time in order to maintain Platform integrity and comply with operational requirements.

Verification may include age checks, identity confirmation, proof of address, geolocation checks, sanctions screening, payment review, fraud review, source-of-funds questions where appropriate, selfie or liveness checks, and other compliance procedures reasonably necessary for the Platform.

If Verification is incomplete, pending, failed, inconsistent, or reasonably suspicious, we may restrict account access, withhold promotional benefits, delay or deny Redemption, or close the account where permitted by law.

Redemption Restrictions

Redemption is not guaranteed until reviewed and approved. You must satisfy the Platform's eligibility standards, identity verification requirements, jurisdiction rules, account standing requirements, and fraud controls before Redemption may be approved.

We may place Redemption requests on hold, request additional documentation, deny requests, or reverse pending activity where permitted by applicable rules if we identify fraud risk, sanctions concerns, location ineligibility, duplicate accounts, payment abuse, rule violations, or other disqualifying circumstances.

VIP And Promotional Programs

The Platform may offer VIP, loyalty, engagement, or community programs. These programs may provide cosmetic recognition, access to content, community features, or other non-outcome-based benefits where lawful.

VIP status does not affect odds, RNG, probability, game outcomes, sweepstakes chance, or Redemption approval standards. The Platform does not use purchase volume alone to improve winning chances or alter outcome generation.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in multi-accounting, identity misrepresentation, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, botting, scripting, exploit abuse, collusion, bonus abuse, false Redemption claims, abusive chat conduct, geolocation circumvention, VPN or proxy misuse where prohibited by Platform rules, or any attempt to interfere with Platform integrity.

You may not attempt to manipulate promotions, tamper with the Platform, evade restrictions or bans, submit false support or compliance information, impersonate another person, or otherwise use the Platform in a deceptive, unlawful, or abusive manner.

Community And Chat Conduct

If the Platform offers chat, social, support, or community features, you must use them lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, spam, doxxing, intimidation, knowingly false reports, or attempts to damage Platform operations through abuse of internal systems are prohibited.

We may moderate, remove, preserve, or disclose communications where reasonably necessary to enforce our rules, investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with law.

Wallet, Balance, And Account Limitations

Displayed balances, account history, and transaction records are subject to correction if we identify technical error, duplication, fraud, misconfiguration, or other legitimate operational issues. We may void affected activity to the extent permitted by applicable rules.

Gold Coins and Sweep Coins are limited-license Platform values only. They are not transferable outside the Platform except where the Platform expressly allows a lawful Redemption process for eligible Sweep Coins.

Technical Issues And Outages

The Platform may experience interruptions, latency, processing issues, payment processor outages, geolocation errors, or other technical malfunctions. We may suspend or void affected activity where necessary to preserve fairness, accuracy, security, or compliance.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, error-free operation, or immediate processing of any feature, including Verification and Redemption.

Suspension, Closure, And Audit Rights

We may monitor, investigate, audit, limit, suspend, or permanently close accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, prevent fraud, protect users, maintain Platform integrity, or comply with law or payment processor requirements.

Where permitted by law and the governing rules, we may deny Redemption, reverse improperly obtained benefits, or forfeit promotional balances associated with abusive, fraudulent, or disqualifying conduct.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, and accuracy of operation except to the extent such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SweepEbble Entertainment, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid directly to us for Gold Coin purchases during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Arbitration, Disputes, And Class Action Waiver

You and SweepEbble agree that, except where prohibited by law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved on an individual basis through binding arbitration after a good-faith informal resolution period.

Class actions, collective actions, private attorney general actions, and representative proceedings are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any arbitration venue, forum rules, and opt-out instructions must be completed with final business and legal review before publication.

Governing Law

Except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law, these Terms are governed by the law designated by SweepEbble Entertainment, LLC in its final attorney-reviewed legal configuration, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any consumer protection rules that cannot be waived.

Changes To The Platform And These Terms

We may modify the Platform, jurisdiction restrictions, sweepstakes availability, promotional mechanics, legal documents, and operational procedures as business, technical, fraud, or legal requirements evolve. Updated documents become effective upon posting unless a later date is stated.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
