NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or participate in any sweepstakes-style promotional offering governed by these Official Sweepstakes Rules. A free method of participation is available as described below.

Purchase Will Not Increase Chances Of Winning

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The purchase of Gold Coins or any other entertainment package does not improve odds, alter probability, change random outcomes, increase the likelihood of receiving prizes, or otherwise provide a sweepstakes advantage.

Eligibility

Participation is limited to eligible natural persons who are legal residents of the United States, are physically located in a permitted jurisdiction at the time of participation, and satisfy the Platform's minimum age requirement, which is at least eighteen (18) years old unless a higher minimum age is required by applicable law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, as well as persons living in the same household, may be restricted from participation where required by policy or applicable promotion structure.

Void Where Prohibited

The sweepstakes-style promotional features described in these Rules are VOID WHERE PROHIBITED and may be unavailable, limited, or suspended in certain states, territories, or other jurisdictions. The Platform may modify jurisdiction restrictions at any time to address business, legal, fraud, payment, or operational considerations.

Sponsor

The sponsor and operator of the Platform is SweepEbble Entertainment, LLC. Final mailing address, formal legal notice address, and designated legal contact information must be completed by the business before publication.

Promotional Period And Platform Time

These Rules apply to the ongoing sweepstakes-style promotional structure of the Platform unless a specific promotion states otherwise. The Platform may offer continuous or recurring promotional availability, subject to modification, suspension, or termination under these Rules.

All times are based on Central Time unless otherwise stated.

How To Participate

Eligible users may participate by establishing an account, complying with Platform eligibility requirements, and obtaining Promotional Sweep Coins through permitted methods described by the Platform and these Rules.

Participation may require account registration, agreement to governing documents, satisfaction of age and location requirements, and continued compliance with Platform rules. Participation through Promotional Sweep Coins remains subject to technical availability, Verification, and jurisdiction eligibility.

Gold Coins Vs Promotional Sweep Coins

Gold Coins are for entertainment play only. Gold Coins are not redeemable for money or prizes and do not represent sweepstakes entries.

Sweep Coins are promotional sweepstakes currency. Promotional Sweep Coins may be used for eligible sweepstakes-style participation subject to Platform rules. Promotional Sweep Coins are not directly sold.

If the Platform offers a Gold Coin purchase package that includes Promotional Sweep Coins, the purchase is for Gold Coins, and the Promotional Sweep Coins are a disclosed promotional bonus only.

Free Entry / Alternative Method Of Entry

Eligible users may participate without making a purchase through the Platform's Free Entry process described at /legal/free-entry. The Free Entry process may include account registration requirements, submission procedures, review standards, and timing rules established by the Platform.

Free participation methods must satisfy Platform rules, anti-abuse controls, and jurisdiction requirements to be valid. The Platform may reject incomplete, illegible, duplicate, automated, or otherwise non-compliant submissions.

Equal Chance Statement

Promotional Sweep Coins obtained through a permitted free entry method carry the same sweepstakes significance as Promotional Sweep Coins obtained through other lawful promotional methods. A purchase does not create superior odds or improve random chance.

VIP status, purchase history, spending volume, account tenure, or engagement status do not alter RNG, probability, or outcome generation.

Verification And Redemption Requirements

Redemption is subject to eligibility review, identity verification, geolocation review, sanctions and fraud checks where applicable, and compliance with Platform rules. Redemption is not guaranteed until reviewed and approved.

The Platform may require government-issued identification, proof of address, date-of-birth confirmation, tax forms, or other supporting materials before approving Redemption.

Prize / Redemption Conditions

Prize availability, Redemption thresholds, redemption methods, and processing procedures may vary and are subject to Platform rules, operational limits, compliance review, payment provider support, and technical functionality.

The Platform may delay, deny, or cancel Redemption requests where review is incomplete, account standing is not in good order, jurisdiction is ineligible, or disqualifying conduct is identified.

Account Restrictions

The Platform may restrict registration, access, purchases, Promotional Sweep Coin use, or Redemption based on age, location, account standing, Verification status, payment review, fraud review, or violations of governing documents.

Fraud / Abuse / Tampering

Any attempt to manipulate the Platform, circumvent rules, use multiple accounts, submit false identity or location information, abuse payment systems, automate activity, exploit bugs, collude with others, evade bans, or otherwise compromise Platform integrity is prohibited.

The Platform may audit accounts, activity logs, transaction history, device signals, and related records to investigate suspicious conduct.

Disqualification Rights

SweepEbble reserves the right to disqualify participants, void affected activity, deny Redemption, reverse improperly granted benefits where permitted, and restrict or close accounts if it determines, in good faith, that a participant has violated these Rules or other governing Platform documents.

Technical Failures / Malfunctions

SweepEbble is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable service, internet failures, geolocation errors, payment processor outages, corrupted submissions, hardware or software malfunctions, or other technical issues that affect participation, account operation, or Redemption review.

Where reasonably necessary to preserve fairness, accuracy, or compliance, SweepEbble may void affected activity or suspend promotional operations impacted by technical malfunction.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SweepEbble Entertainment, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the sweepstakes-style promotional features of the Platform.

Disputes / Arbitration / Class Action Waiver

Except where prohibited by law, disputes relating to these Rules or Promotional Sweep Coin participation will be governed by the dispute resolution provisions in the Terms of Service, including any arbitration requirement and class action waiver after final business and legal completion of venue and provider details.

Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the law selected in the Terms of Service and any mandatory legal requirements that cannot be waived, subject to final legal completion by the business.

Modification / Suspension / Termination

SweepEbble may modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform's sweepstakes-style promotional availability, Free Entry methods, jurisdiction access, or related procedures where reasonably necessary for business operations, fraud prevention, technical integrity, payment processing, or legal considerations.
